At iORA, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags for a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your iORA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items and the original packing slip into the shipping bag, ensuring all original tags are securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
